  Bar do Atleta is a small restaurant in central Maputo, near Feima, which is very hard to find but once you do, you get a pleasant surprise. There is nothing fancy about the place or the food, everything is very down to earth and that's great. The food is simple but very well made, with several daily dishes to choose from, but the grilled chicken and the steaks are guaranteed. The rest of the menu changes according to the day. The staff is one the nicest I met, and everything arrives quickly at the table. I give it 5 stars for all of this and the prices, which are really accessible for what you get, maybe the best quality-price relation in the city. They don't have desserts thou, that would be the cherry on top of the cake.
