  They have left me "hanging" twice. The first time I was very very sick and though they were informed that they was a sick person amongst the corporate group with which I was travelling, it was a no show. After sitting at the airport for two hours, I ended up getting a taxi. On the second occassion, they had my travel itinery emailed to them, but on my return trip, when I called them to confirm the hotel-airport transfer, they said they were not aware that there was a pick-up. Lost for words....
